§ Mr. LEES-SMITHThe measures adopted by the Railway Companies to ensure the safety of mails conveyed in vans forming part of corridor trains have been fully reviewed, and I am satisfied that all reasonable and practicable precautions are taken to safeguard the mails while under the Companies' charge.
