§ Mr. BRIDGEMANThere is no contract between the Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes and the Admiralty. The Admiralty are represented oh the Council and Board of Management of the Corporation by nominees of the Board of Admiralty, in accordance with the memorandum and articles of association.
