§ Mr. AMERYI am unable at present to add anything to the statement which I made on 30th April in Committee of Supply, namely, that the technical problems concerning; the proposed site of the bridge have now been surmounted, and that I hope that it will not be long before any other difficulties which stand in the way will be overcome, and that the scheme will enter the field of practical construction.
