Mr. CHAMBERLAINOne of my inspectors recently visited this institution, which, as the hon. Member is aware, is being reorganised—and the report is being printed. I shall be pleased to send the hon. Member a copy when available. A further inspection is to be made to ascertain what progress is being achieved.
