§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSI would refer my hon. Friend to the answers I gave to questions on this subject on the 4th instant. For the reasons then explained, it would, in my opinion, be much too soon, when the Act has been only a few months in operation, to consider proposals for its revision.
