§ Mr. BETTERTONNo, Sir. I may however mention that Regulations establishing a trade board for the keg and44W drum trade were made on 26th October last. There has been some difficulty in obtaining suitable candidates, but I anticipate that it will be possible to appoint this board at any early date.
