§ Mr. H. WILLIAMSI would refer my hon. Friend to the special article on the subject which appeared in the Board of Trade Journal on 21st February, a copy of which I am sending him. The volume of industrial production in 1928 in this country is there estimated as having been rather over 5 per cent. greater than in 1924.
