§ Mr. GREENWOODYes, Sir. I have received a copy of the resolution referred to, which appears to me to be based on a misapprehension of the true position. I am afraid I cannot do better than refer my hon. Friend to the statement which I made in the course of the Debate yesterday in which I explained fully the reasons for the action I have taken.
