§ Mr. DALTONI have been asked to reply. I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the statement made by the Prime Minister on 11th July, in reply to the hon. Member for Chislehurst (Mr. Smithers), as regards publication of the correspondence with the Dominions. I may add, however, that the precise method of conducting the preliminary negotiations is a matter for His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom.
