BENNETTasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that many municipalities hold the opinion that the present state of the law with regard to the testing and certification of electric meters is defective, and that there is urgent need for introducing legislation requiring the certification and stamping of all these meters; and whether the Government propose to take any action?
