§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONProposals on the lines indicated by my hon. Friend have been under consideration locally, but, so far as I am aware, have as yet reached only a preliminary stage. I agree with him that whenever such proposals are considered the effect of them on other undertakers is an important factor that would necessarily have to be taken into account.
