§ Mr. MANDERasked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, seeing that the British delegation gave an assurance to the Assembly of the League of Nations, last September, that the British Government would forward to the League of Nations a Report upon 52W the effect of the abolition of slavery in the protectorate of Sierra Leone, he can now say whether such Report is available; and whether it will be forwarded for the information of the Assembly this year?
