§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSNo, Sir, but perhaps the hon. Member has in mind an accident which is reported to have occurred on the 8th instant to two men employed by a Birmingham firm at the Leicester Corporation generating station. That accident is being investigated by the Factory Department.
