§ Mr. DAYasked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been called to the increasing overcrowding, which is becoming dangerous, on the underground railways in the rush hours; and will he take steps to make the companies concerned provide better travelling facilities for the public?
§ Colonel ASHLEYI have no information which indicates that dangerous overcrowding occurs, but if the hon. Member will furnish me with any specific information in this matter, I will consider what action I could usefully take.
