§ Mr. GREENWOODI have been asked to reply to this question. So far as my Department is concerned, the answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. As regards the second part, I may refer to the Motor Cars (Excessive Noise) Regulations, 1929, made by the Ministry of Transport which came into force on 1st August last.
