§ Mr. CLYNESI understand that the capital of the Fund now amounts to £241,894 and that the income for 1928 was £11,984. The purposes for which the Fund has been applied are stated in the published reports of the trustees and those for which it may be applied are as set out in the Charter, copies of which I am forwarding to my hon. Friend.
