§ Mr. ALBERT LAWasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will urge upon the London, Midland, and Scottish Railway Company the desirability of an early removal of their railway across the land 1435W secured by the Bolton Corporation for town development, such development and the employment which it will afford being delayed in consequence of the continued obstruction by the presence of the railway?
