§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONThe answer is in the negative. The question of the further regulation of motor vehicle head-lights is under consideration in the Light of the recommendation on the subject made by the Royal Commission on Transport in their First Report. I might add, however, that I am not satisfied that a limitation of candle-power is the correct solution of the anti-dazzle problem.
