§ Major POLEasked the Secretary of State for India whether any decision has now been reached concerning the publication of the Report, or concerning the recommendations made in the Report, of the Committee set up over two years ago to examine the position in regard to opium in the Malwa States?
§ Mr. BENNAs I informed my hon. and gallant Friend in reply to his question on 4th November last, the Government of India do not propose to publish the Report. The recommendations of the Committee are receiving consideration.
