§ Mr. MARKHAMasked the Minister of Transport whether he has arranged with the Buckinghamshire County Council for the construction of a section of the Western Avenue in the county of Buckinghamshire; and whether he can make any statement as to the probable date of commencement of the work?
§ Mr. HERBERT MORRISONI have agreed with the county council as to the line of the new road, but am unable at this stage to forecast the date of commencement of work.
