HC Deb 09 December 1929 vol 233 cc70-1W
Mr. DAY

asked the First Commissioner of Works whether his attention has been drawn to the large restaurants which are established in the Bois de Boulogne in Paris and also in the principal parks in many other large Continental cities; and will he consider granting facilities for the erection of like establishments in Hyde Park?

Mr. LANSBURY

Existing arrangements will come under review on the termination of present contracts, and such improvements as are considered necessary will be made.
