§ The ATTORNEY-GENERALThe practice is governed by Section 11 (2) of the Public Trustee Act, 1906, but where neither the creator of the trust, the trustees nor the beneficiaries have expressed any wish on the subject the responsibility for the employment of the broker rests upon the Public Trustee.
