§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONI am pressing forward with the provision of telephone call offices in rural districts on the lines indicated by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer in his Budget speech. The concession referred to will have effect as from the beginning of the new quarter on 1st July.
