§ Colonel ASHLEYRear red reflectors fitted to pedal bicycles must satisfy certain conditions laid down in Section 3 of the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations, 1928. I am satisfied that the standards of reflection, etc., laid down in that Section are adequate, and I do not think I can do anything further in the matter.
