asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he intends to introduce legislation to amend the Law so as to give greater freedom and facilities to gas undertakings to enable them to raise capital under modern conditions to enter into working arrangements with allied industries and to improve from the point of view of the consumer the method of charging for gas?
