§ Lord E. PERCYThe staff of the Royal College of Art is composed of artists and craftsmen employed on a part-time basis and holding appointments which are renewable from year to year. Vacancies are not advertised, but are filled by me upon consideration of the recommendations made to me by the principal of the college.
