- III. Mr. W. F. H. Rosenberg, F.Z.S., F.E.S., of 57, Haverstock Hill, London, N.W.3, holds a licence to import plumage subject to the condition that no plumage imported under the licence be sold or otherwise disposed of by him except to one of the museums above specified, or to a person producing to the holder of the licence a letter from the Board of Trade authorising him to purchase the plumage in question.
