§ Colonel ASHLEYThe experience gained during the past few years has led me to the general conclusion that, in normal circumstances, vehicles should only be allowed to be "parked'' in the streets in a position parallel to the kerb, and I see no sufficient reason for departing from this principle in this particular case.
