§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSMails arc sent to and received from the Continent by three air routes: (1) London-Paris, (2) London-Brussels-Cologne, (3) London-Amsterdam-Rotterdam. If and when any of these routes be extended, arrangements will be made for through air mails from London to the more distant termini.
