HC Deb 26 March 1928 vol 215 cc823-4W
Mr. WOMERSLEY

asked the Minister of Agriculture why the designatory letters of the Incorporated Society of Auctioneers and Landed Property Agents (F.A.L.P.A. and A.A.L.P.A.)

have been omitted after the names of its members on the recently revised list of arbitrators under the Agricultural Holdings Act, seeing that the corresponding letters indicating membership of the Surveyors' Institution and the Auctioneers' Institute have been inserted?

Mr. GUINNESS

The panel to which my hon. Friend refers is made by the Lord Chief Justice in accordance with the requirements of the Agricultural Holdings Act, 1923. It is not proposed to publish it, and I am not in a position to give any explanations in regard to it.
