§ Sir J. GILMOURComplaints have been received by the Scottish Board of Health regarding the alleged pollution of the River Lochy at Lochyside and the Board recently instituted an inquiry into the matter. I am awaiting a report on the result of the inquiry, and am not at present in a position to make any statement.
