Lieut.-Colonel GUINNESSArrangements are made by sending copies of the examination papers to the various stations abroad where boards of officers are convened to conduct the examination of any candidates whose applications to compete have been accepted. The examination is held on the same dates both at home and abroad, and all possible steps have been taken to obviate inequality of conditions.
