§ Viscount WOLMERThe recent extension of the cash-on-delivery services was widely commented upon in the Press, and was specially brought to the notice of the various agricultural associations and other bodies likely to be interested. It is being advertised by the exhibition of a poster at all post offices and by the distribution of a descriptive pamphlet. In addition, the railway companies also have prepared a poster for display at all railway stations.
