The only occasion on which I saw the right hon. Gentleman the Member for the Scotland Division of Liverpool (Mr. T. P. O'Connor) was on the 18th January. I then read to him the account of the execution430W as given by Mr. Wilcox to Mr. Foxen Cooper, and asked the right hon. Gentleman to examine the film carefully if it was submitted to the Board of Censors.
