pursuant to his reply [OFFICIAL REPORT, 6th December, 1928; cols. 1399–1400, Vol. 223] supplied the following statement:
An open competitive examination for the admission of boys and girls to the clerical classes (general and departmental) of the Civil Service has men announced to take place on 16th April, 1929.
