Member has on several occasions called my attention to the level crossings to which he refers, but I am not aware that the arrangements at these crossings involve any avoidable congestion or danger. As regards the second part of the question, I understand that the railway company are not in a position to indicate when the avoiding line referred to is likely to be constructed.
