§ Mr. AMERYThe harbour was opened for public traffic on 3rd December, but it is too early yet to say that it has been finally completed as certain minor work remains to be done, and the contractors are bound to maintain the works for a period of six months after completion. A clause in the contract provided that all materials and machinery supplied by the contractors should be wholly of British manufacture.
