§ Colonel ASHLEYThe latest particulars available to my Department showed that in 1924 there were 64 toll roads and 127 toll bridges. Of the toll bridges, 30 were on Class I roads and 18 on Class II roads. I have no record as to how many of the roads affected are main roads?
