§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe estimates given at the time of the effect of the changes in taxation made by the Finance Act, 1925, do not call for any revision. It must be borne in mind that the reduction in Super-tax was offset by an equivalent increase in the Estate Duty, so that the Revenue does not suffer any loss in a full year.
