RAWSONasked the Minister of Transport whether any representations have been received by the Central Board from the electricity undertakers and other bodies in connection with the electricity scheme for South-East England; if so, will he state the number of such representations; and, having regard to the important issue raised by the scheme, will he undertake that the same shall be thoroughly investigated before any decision is arrived at or .action taken to carry out the scheme; and will he give an assurance that an inquiry by the Central Board shall be held?
