§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The Board of Arbitration referred to is the Industrial Court and the question of dates of application of the award was entirely in the judgment of that tribunal. The award is being fully carried out, and I am not prepared to take any other action.
