HC Deb 15 November 1927 vol 210 c858W
Mr. WARDLAW-MILNE

asked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to the publication in this country of a book entitled "Mohammed," containing an attack upon the personal character of the Prophet; and if, in view of the feeling aroused among Mohammedans by its publication, he will take powers to prevent the circulation of such books?

Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKS

I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave yesterday to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Chelmsford (Colonel Howard-Bury).
