asked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that skilled men out of work are required to sign on at the Camberwell Employment Exchange at 9.45 a.m. for five days a week, which makes it very difficult for them to obtain employment, and that such men are threatened with loss of benefit if being genuinely in search of work at the earlier hour they attempt to sign on at 11.45 a.m. or at 3.45 p.m.; and whether he will
