HC Deb 12 May 1927 vol 206 c588W
Colonel DAY

asked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether he has received any further Reports of the Hindu-Moslem affray which occurred at Larkona, Upper Sind, on the morning of 30th March; how many persons have now succumbed to their injuries; and whether he is now in a position to make a full statement thereon?

Earl WINTERTON

I have received a full Report which shows that, although a considerable number of persons received injuries— mostly slight— and one succumbed, this occurrence, though regrettable, was not very serious.
