§ Mr. McNEILLClause 12 of the Finance Bill will make it possible to allow under suitable Regulations spirits made or intended to be made into any kind of methylated spirits to be conveyed by tank wagon or pipe line. There is, however, no provision in the Bill under which such methods of conveyance of spirits which are neither methylated nor intended for methylation could be permitted.
