Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONThe permanent staff of His Majesty's Legation at Kabul consists of a Minister, a Counsellor, a Secretary, an Oriental Secretary, a Military Attaché and a physician. There is no commercial attaché serving with this mission, but His Majesty's Minister mantains close relations with the Senior Trade Commissioner for India in all matters pertaining to Afghan trade.
