Mr. HAYES

asked the Minister of Pensions whether he will consider the desirability of submitting to this House a small amending Bill to the War Pensions Act, 1921, for the purpose of enabling men who are suffering from war wounds to submit a claim to pension irrespective of the date of discharge or demobilisation?
