JOYNSON-HICKSI should have been glad to assist the hon. and gallant Member, but I am afraid that the inquiries that would be involved would be both protracted and costly and, as I have no funds at my disposal which could be devoted to such a purpose, I have been unable to do more than bring the whole matter to the notice of the Treasury.
