§ Sir J. GILMOURThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As to the second part, it appears, on the information before me, that the existing rules applied by the Prison Commissioners for Scotland adequately meet the special conditions of the Scottish Prison Service; but if the hon. Member has any special point in view, I shall be ready to look into it
