§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSI would refer the hon. Member to Table 6 on pages 116 and 117, and Table 7 on pages 118 and 119 of the Annual Report of the Chief Inspector of Factories for the year 1925 (Cmd. 2714), which give full particulars as to the number and results of the prosecutions instituted under the Act during that year, and the nature of the offences. Similar tables will be included in the Chief Inspector's Report for 1926 which is now in preparation.
